I am Kai Bailey and I will be reporting the conclusion of group B, Where if Leverkusen better Athletico’s result tonight the Madrid giants will be out of Europe.

Kick OFF

3: We have a end to end match in the first few minutes with a Galeno cross finding Taremi who’s shot goes very wide.

5: GOAL: Atletico are in massive danger here as Porto open the scoring early through Taremi who was left with a tap in. Evanilson’s cross found him at the back post unmarked.

AS IT STANDS : Atletico and Leverkusen are separated by nothing and it will go to head to head!

12: GALENO HAS TO SCORE! The ball falls to Taremi on the edge of the box who fakes a shot and slips in Galeno who shoots straight at Oblak anywhere else would have been a goal.

Bayer Leverkusen can sense a spot in the Europa League.

17: Atletico attempting to save their European journey but efforts are over hit and lacking quality. Could they be feeling the pressure?

21: Porto playing like a team with no pressure on at all. Calm composed football.

36: Porto playing some beautiful one touch football with flicks and backheels eventually forcing Oblak into a tricky save with his feet from Otavio.

YELLOW CARD: Grujic is booked for a wild elbow whilst chasing the ball.

Yellow Card : Savic picks up a yellow for a careless foul.

50: Otavio slips Taremi in behind who forces Oblak once again into a save. Otavio is looking like a very interesting player for the future.

55: Atletico looking like they are lacking ideas in front of goal. Carrasco is getting ready to try spark things.

Former Benfica man Joao Felix’s night is over as he is jeered off the pitch by the jubilant Porto fans.

AS IT STANDS : Leverkusen will progress however a goal from Club Brugge would see Atletico go through! ALL TO PLAY FOR 20 TO GO!

73: This match is becoming end to end as Oblak makes one routine save to keep his side in the hunt . Down the other end Costa saves from Correa to deny Atletico a much needed goal.

75 : Another great save from costa this time from Carrasco . Atletico have been unable to break down this Porto Wall.

79 : Beautiful footwork from Pepe creates a wonderful gap which Galeno ran into but the final pass from Pepe wasn’t good enough.

83: Porto receiving Ole’s from the portistas as their side looks to finally beat Atletico Madrid for the first time ever competitively.

86 : AS IT STANDS: Atletico looking consigned to defeat , However a late Club Brugge Goal would save them.

88: MASSIVE MISS : Griezmann is found on a pull back but cannot redirect it goal wards.

91: Great save again from Costa as Carrasco is found by a wonderful Griezmann outside of the boot pass.

94:GOAL! OWN GOAL off Marcano gives Atletico an unlikely lifeline. SURELY ITS TOO LATE?!

Thank you for joining us this evening as we witnessed the conclusion of the heavily contested group b. All teams changed positions from the start of the night. Porto top the group with a beautiful home display to cement themselves as one of the “Ones to Watch”. Atletico looked disjointed and separated and will need to deliver now on their only focus now La Liga.
