Wealdstone will look to get back to winning ways on Saturday in their clash with Gateshead at the Vale. They are winless in their last three games and will face a tough Gateshead side who are pushing for a place in the play-offs.

The Stones will be looking to pick up three points to launch a play-off push of their own, being 11 points off the play-off spots with three games in hand of Aldershot Town, who occupy the last spot.

The visitors will come into the game having won the last two meetings between the teams 2-1. Connor McBride scored two for Gateshead in the reverse fixture earlier in the season to topple Stones’ history maker Tarryn Allarakhia’s opening goal. Their goal threat will come from Marcus Dinanga, who’s on fine goal scoring form this season having scored 13 goals in the league.

However, Wealdstone will be confident in their home form, having only lost two games at the Vale this season, picking up 28 points in the process. Top scorer Sean Adarkwa is expected to play, and will look to add to his 9 league goals for the season.
