Home   /   Tottenham Skipp past Norwich City

Tottenham eased past bottom of the table Norwich with a three nil victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium thanks to goals from Lucas Moura, Davinson Sanchez and Son Heung-Min.

Oliver Skipp was the star of the show throughout and completely dominated the game throughout and ran the game from the centre of midfield. The former Norwich loanee received high praise from manager Antonio Conte this week and the academy graduate didn’t let him down; he won countless tackles and got Tottenham up the pitch quickly.

The first goal came from Lucas and it was a goal of the season contender. The Brazilian jinked round two Norwich defenders, before playing a one two with Son and the number 27 rifled the ball into the top corner leaving Tim Krul helpless in the Norwich goal.

Norwich had a few chances of their own in the first half that they went on to regret missing, with Teemu Pukki and Adam Idah going close.

Spurs took the game away from the Canaries in the 67th minute when the ball deflected to Davinson Sanchez from a corner and the Colombian rifled home his second premier league goal.

Son completed a comfortable victory for the Lilywhites in the 77th minute to put Norwich out of sight. Ben Davies played a one two with Oliver Skipp before the Welshman passed to Son and the South-Korean fired home for the third goal of the game.

Tottenham are now two points off the top four with a game in hand.
