Fat Tuesday in Hastings

Tweet This year Hastings celebrated its tenth anniversary of the Fat Tuesday music festival. Fat Tuesday, otherwise known as Mardi Gras, is the carnival-style celebration which brings in the fasting season of Lent. Much like Jack in the Green, Hastings’ celebration of May Day, Fat Tuesday is notoriously known for the amount drinking which takes place.
