Rosenqvist moves ahead in Rome

Felix Rosenqvist moved ahead in the second free practice session for the Rome ePrix, edging Sam Bird by 0.344 seconds after most of the drivers had their qualifying lap simulation.

Lucas di Grassi was third fastest, with Jose Maria Lopez and Nico Prost rounding out the top five.

Nelson Piquet Jr, who was fastest in FP1 ended down in eight, 1.357 behind Rosenqvist, but without a qualifying lap simulation.

Jean-Eric Vergne, similarly to Piquet Jr did not do a quali lap simulation.

As was the case in the morning session, the red flags were shown with five minutes ago, once again after Alex Lynn crashed his DS Virgin, this time on turn 16.

The damage though does not look as serious as was the morning one, after Lynn oversteered hitting the law with his right rear.

The group qualifying session begins at 12:00 local time, with super pole scheduled to begin 45 minutes later.
