Barnet 1-1 Halifax Town

A second-half Devante Rodney goal cancelled out a phenomenal finish by Wesley Fonguck as Barnet and Halifax Town played out an end-end-end draw which could have swung either way.

Dan Sweeney had the opportunity to secure all three points for his team when the Bees’ was only one goal up but the Barnet defender could not stop his header from deflecting off the post.

Despite Halifax looking good in the opening minutes of the game, Barnet took the lead in the 24th minute when Fonguck rifled the ball into the top corner after the ball fell to the midfielder in the box.
